Week 1 - Saint Cosme Cotes-du-Rhone

Thoughts: The nose had great fruit - pineapple, apricot - a light floral note, and a hint of mineral or stone.  On the palate it was dry with good acidity and medium body.  The flavor characteristics showed similar to the nose with a lot of fruit.
